Sidekick Support provides hands-on support at a Virtual Assistant level. Suitable for small, 30-min tasks that don’t require coding. We can complete 1-3 tasks per day depending on complexity.
Example tasks: format & publish content, on-page SEO, setup email subscribe forms, install & configure plugins and themes, and more.
Important notes about our support passes
Our Caretakers will fit in multiple support tasks during the validity period of your support pass.
The validity period begins when we start working on your task, not the time of purchase.
Providing clear, concise instructions will ensure you get the most out of your support pass as communication counts towards the validity period.
We generally complete individual tasks within a day, and a maximum of 3 tasks in a day.
We may not be able to start on your task immediately. Please allow up to 48 hours before we complete your first task.
