Which support pass do I need?
ClickWP offers 3 options for ongoing hands-on support. These add-ons are completely optional and you can purchase support passes when needed instead.
Occasional & Regular Support
Both of these options can be used for small and moderately-complex tasks.
Small tasks usually don’t require coding and take less than 30 mins to complete. Example tasks: format & publish content, on-page SEO, setup email subscribe forms, research, test install & configure plugins and themes, and more.
Moderately-complex tasks require multiple steps to complete, but can be completed in a single day. Example tasks: Design tweaks to get your website looking just right, integrate with your CRM, website speed-up, malware or hack repair, creating a landing page, etc.

Content Updates Only
For formatting and publishing up to 4 pieces of content per month. All content and images must be provided by the client. ClickWP will also configure the post’s metadata e.g. category, tags, page title and descriptions, Schema details as long as they are provided.
Tracking & Reporting
ClickWP loosely monitors your task allocation. We don’t mind if you are slightly over your allocation for the month. We do not provide reports for the tasks completed.

Terms & Conditions
Each subscription states clearly the maximum number of tasks included per month. If you need more tasks, you may have to purchase an additional support pass for the month.
Larger and more complex tasks will require you to purchase additional support passes or convert your task into a dedicated project.
This subscription does not promise a minimum number of tasks per month. Unused tasks do not roll over to the following months.
A 3-month minimum commitment is required for this support pass subscription.
