Your privacy is important to us. At its simplest this is our promise:

Below is our Privacy Policy, which incorporates and clarifies these principles.
Introduction
This is the main privacy policy for clickwp.com and other websites (“our websites” or “our sites”) owned and operated by DW DOT MY Sdn Bhd. DW DOT MY Sdn Bhd is the data controller and we are responsible for your personal data (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” in this document).
What type of information do we collect?
Information you share with us on our websites
We collect information you provide when you use our services or submit any forms including contact forms, newsletter sign-ups as well as any profile information you provide. We may also collect additional so called “meta” information associated with that e.g. time of submission, browser and website settings. This also includes any comments you may submit on blog articles or reviews.
Payment and transaction information
We accept payments through our payment gateway providers Stripe and PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to them, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Your payment method details (credit card number and PayPal passwords) are tokenized when you make a payment. We only store payment tokens and not the actual payment method details on our websites.
Information you provide in general correspondence
We maintain records of conversations we may have with you (such as through email, chat or over the phone). We may also collect conversations we have with you or you have about us through third party platforms such as social media or review platforms.
Information about your use of our websites
The data we collect includes standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, landing pages and other data of this nature. This automatically-collected data is processed in a way that does not give us access to the personally identifiable information. We use various third party tools for this, primarily:
- Google Analytics
- Facebook Analytics and the Facebook Pixel

How do we use this information?
We use all the information we have to create personalised and useful services for users and potential users of our digital media services. Here’s how:
Providing, improving and developing our services.
- Delivering the services you request: your data will be an integral part of delivering any of the interactive services you interact with on our websites e.g. blog comments. This also applies for fulfilling your requests (e.g. if you fill out the contact form)
- Personalising your experience: We may also use your data in less obvious ways to enhance and personalise your experience of our services. For example:

We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us as well as providing the transactional emails and communications (such as an order confirmation or the newsletter you opted in for).

Information collected on our websites and as part of our services is occasionally analysed and aggregated to provide useful statistics and general information to our clients, potential clients and other industry players. Improving the efficiency of our marketing and advertising
We only want to reach people with a genuine interest in empowering themselves with the WordPress web publishing platform. Ultimately through being able to tailor our advertising and marketing we can provide more relevant and useful experiences as well as have more funds available to invest in improving our services.
How is this information shared?
Sharing with Third-Party Partners
Please be totally assured that you will not find yourself on random databases as a result of the use of our sites and services! We do however share your data with partners who help us provide and improve our products and services as follows:
Vendors and service providers: Your information is likely to be available to a greater or lesser extent to those who support our business (and their subcontractors) including:
- Our web developers (access only)
- The technical infrastructure hosts (data) – Cloudflare and Vultr Holdings Corporation
- Our advertising providers (data including email addresses) – primarily ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp and Facebook
- Our accountants and bookkeeper (data)
- Our online payment service (data) – Stripe, Inc. and PayPal Pte. Ltd
- Email provider (data) – Help Scout Inc and Fastmail Pty Ltd
- Analytics provider (anonymous data) – Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Pingdom, Inspectlet among others
In each case we seek to provide the minimum amount of information or access necessary for those third parties to fulfil their obligations to us and ultimately to you. Where we can we also impose strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide (telling Facebook etc what to do is a little more difficult!!).
Advertising partners: as described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Non-financial third party services on our websites: Like many others, our websites includes functionality provided by third parties. A common example is an embedded YouTube video or a Facebook like button. In each case the providers of these services will likely collect data about your usage that they will use to build up your profile as you search the web. Our sites may make use of the following: embedded videos, presentation slides, maps, and social media like and share buttons.
The above lists may change from time to time.
New owner
Please note that if the ownership or control of all or part of our Products or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Transferring your data internationally
Because services related to our websites are offered worldwide, the information about you that we process when you use the Services in the EU may be used, stored, and/or accessed by individuals operating outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who work for us, other members of our group of companies, or third party data processors. This is required for the purposes listed in the “How do we use this information?” section above. When providing information about you to entities outside the EEA, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that the recipient protects your personal information adequately in accordance with this Privacy Policy as required by applicable law. How do we secure your information?
While no online service is 100% secure, we work hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so, such as monitoring our sites for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.

What is our legal basis for processing data?
A note here for those in the European Union about our legal grounds for processing information about you under EU data protection laws, which is that our use of your information is based on the grounds that:

Your right to access, rectify and erase personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, delete and receive/download your personal information that we process in a structured, commonly-used, machine-readable format. You can update any information you have provided in the your profile on our websites. You may also change your notification settings. We also recommend you review our cookie policy that provides instructions on how you can remove data saved in cookies. At this time if you wish to delete all your personal data and/or have an export of data please contact us using the email address we have on record for you. Data requests that are deemed as “excessive” or unfounded may result in a fee being charged.
How will we notify you of changes to this policy?
If we make substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages and/or contacting you directly if we deem it a substantial enough change.
