Make Sure You Receive Our Emails
To ensure that always receive our emails, please add [email protected] to your contacts (address book) or Safe Senders List in your email program. This whitelists our address and lets your email program know that you want to receive emails from us.
Gmail Users
Gmail’s inbox is divided into Primary, Social and Promotions by default. If you don’t see our emails, it may be hiding in the Promotions tab. You can ensure that our emails arrive in the right tab by dragging the email to Primary or Social.
Next, Gmail will ask you if you want to do this for all future emails from our address. Click Yes.
