How It Works
1. Contact the Helpdesk through our online form
You’ll be asked to provide details about your support request, WordPress and server login passwords if applicable. We require a $20 deposit paid via PayPal when you submit your support request to prevent fraud.
2. Our experts provide answers
A member of our team will get back to you with an outline of the solution we will provide and an estimate of how much your support incident will cost. If you accept the action plan, we get to work. If not, we’ll refund you the deposit.
3. We fix the problem (or implement the solution)
Within 24 hours, we will implement a solution to your support request. If required, we will continue to tweak the solution till it serves your purpose perfectly.
4. Case closed
Once your support incident has been resolved, we will issue you an invoice. Problem solved!
